Time and time again Johnny comes through making the annoying process of insurance a no brainer. He’s handled everything I have that can be insured for years. I don’t have time to go online and check quotes for all these places, he’s got a handful he compares for me. I’m never on the phone longer than 5 min to review what he thinks is best and get setup. Heck, he’s even called me randomly to tell me he’s upgraded my policies with more coverages and lowered my payments without me even having to ask for it. Who does that!? I’ve yet to have a reason to try anyone else. It’s really a no brainer. Let him do the work so you can enjoy life. The peace of mind speaks for itself.

Call Johnny Lin my agent and left a message. He then called me back in a timely manner before the end of the business day. Received some fraudulent insurance calls regarding a bogus accident and also they left other information for me to call them back. I was just calling him to get some suggestions on what to do from here to be proactive from a crime perspective. He suggested calling the local police On their non-emergency number and filing a report. Johnny always has a great personality and a smile that comes through the telephone every time he speaks with me! Very honored to have him as my agent he has been helpful on so many levels throughout my tenure with liberty mutual!! He always goes the extra mile and helping with any need you have and leaves you very satisfied as a customer. He is awesome!
