I called over a month ago regarding my coverages. Reached voice mail with notice to contact a person in office. I tried with no responses received. Today I spent nearly 2 hrs with “Courtney” in Policy @ SageSure & then when trying to connect with an agent ended up with customer service “Josie”. Josie made great effort to find me assistance. Still had to leave messages for me to be contacted. Scott has responded quickly in the past however, this experience has not left me with positives to remain with this company. My premium increased over 50% with no claims history to support it.
