I have received Excellent Customer Service for 20+ years from Kimberly. She is always prompt to take care of my needs, whether it has been quotes, updates to policies, claims, questions, whatever it may be.  She always looks out for my best interest, for example when we were looking at updating and re-quoting policies to see if we could lower the cost, she would catch where benefits may have changed or would not be covered in the new policy quoted, and advised it was best coverage with the current policy.
