Justin Breen provides no customer service. Justin makes no effort to return phone calls. Zero. Our home has a standing water issue which started immediately after our hardwood floors were replaced back in 2020! We've dealt with 2 years of excuses from an unqualified contractor and an unethical adjuster. Justin Breen doesn't care. He's our agent alright, but he's just too busy or too disinterested return our phone calls. He will sell you the policy and disappear.
