After talking with her you will have an understanding of your options and be able to make a decision. You can tell she truly loves what she does and she will handle your insurance needs with care.

As of today, your customer service is horrible, Jacki Schaffer!!! And that's to put it nicely. You committed to getting my business but since then you have not answered my calls or emails! The way my policy is coded, agents aren't able to assist me and transfer me back to you. In which case, I am ignored. I have even emailed your boss to no avail. At this point, I am shopping for another insurance company and agent but not before I ruin your online rating.

Jacki went above and beyond to help me get started with an insurance claim. I had a couple key questions for which I needed to speak with someone quickly (person-to-person) versus solely navigating the online process.The claims representative to whom I was assigned was out of the office that day, so I reached out to my insurance agent to point me in the right direction. He was also inadvertently out-of-office and the phone just happened to roll to Jacki on his team. Jacki was so helpful that I requested that she be my agent going forward. I had been happy with my previous agent - - I was just that impressed with the care she immediately took after receiving my phone call and jumping in to help. I would recommend Jacki to others without hesitation!  Liberty Mutual  should consider themselves lucky  - she is an asset to your company. I am typically a self-reliant, independent person, but was going through a truly difficult time.
