I had John Alcina as my family broker for more then 25 years. When a tragic event happened to my family, I then learned that apparently I did not have the appropriate cover for a my family and therefore no coverage. I had not spoken to John about my coverage for years and took it for granted that I had what was appropriate for my family. Upon discover over this, John failed to return calls or emails and completely avoided me. When I went to a new broker, without me advising them to John's failure in coverage, the new broker advised immediately of the lack over coverage. John should spend move time protecting his clients and less time collecting premiums.
