Katie has not been responsive or helpful with our auto insurance. We needed to file a claim and she was not knowledgeable about the process and did not seem to be able to assist in the process. She would say that she was not a claims adjuster and was not aware of the process. She never helped adjust our coverage to account for the loss of a vehicle and updating for the new vehicle. When we contact her she says she never talked to us about the accident or doesn't remember talking to us about the accident or claim. She is rude and short on the phone. She seems put off or like we are bothering her anytime we call. She has been the worst representative. I would not suggest or recommend working with her as she does not seem to respect or even want to work with clients. It seems like she only wants a paycheck but not to do any of the leg work to help clients.
