Josh was absolutely fantastic.  He listened to everything I had to say - was very considerate and helpful. Josh really goes above and beyond to make sure he does what’s right for the customer! As a former agent myself, I had particularly high standards for whoever I would trust to manage my personal policies upon my departure from the industry. I have purchased insurance through Josh on a couple occasions.  Throughout every interaction Josh has been kind, informative, timely, and very responsive.  He takes the time to ensure you have the right insurance, at the right price, without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.

The first time I worked with Josh, I was a first-time home buyer.  He was so patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!) and made sure I understood every detail of my plan.  He helped me feel confident making a decision that could otherwise feel overwhelming.  Most recently, he helped me switch my home and auto insurance.  He made something I was dreading so incredibly easy, all while finding me a great deal.  One insurance was cancelled and the other was active all within a couple of hours – and he saved me hundreds of dollars!

Unfortunately I was in two accidents close to each other.   But my experience with both accidents was seamless thanks to Liberty Mutual.  My  auto and my medical adjusters were the best.
