Jeremy was my agent for many years and was not very helpful to me when I would call for assistance. I had questions about my policy and glass coverage as it seemed like I was paying for two coverages that were the same. He said that wasn't possible. It turns out that it was. when I asked him to tell which was the better price he wasn't able to assist. I ended up just recently canceling my policy due to a better cost within the same umbrella, safeco. When I called Jeremy I was met with a lecture on not communicating. He has never reached out to me to see what he can do to help me as an agent and has not been helpful when I have contacted him. If you want a relationship with your customers, you might need to put in a bit of effort.
