Jazmyn has been my auto and home insurance agent for several years now.  She is always quick to respond, helpful and understands when the there are changes in cost as compared to other companies. She will search out and find the best deal and this last time she saved us about $700 a year bundling our home and cars.  She is the best!

Great service and cheaper insurance prices then I could find my self and ontop of all of that, she can help at the drop of a dime. Got me insurance on a new bike at 630pm on a Tuesday night with just a text message. Super nice and easy to work with. She even helped me with getting life insurance as well. Overall she is th only person I will be going through to get insurance form now on.

I'm not one to do these reviews unless you impress me or totally disappoint me. Jazmyn's communication has been very inconsistent since I've worked with her in 2020. I saw a big rate hike coming, despite no claims. Her customer service people explained some of it by inflation, etc. When I asked Jazmyn for personal service she asked me to call the 800 number.

Her lack of interest, despite me giving her 2 weeks, stating I would be switching if she could not look into this and help me, was palpable. She never followed up, which blows my mind, as customer turnover in insurance has to be relatively high.

I emailed her yesterday, telling her that if I didn't hear from her that I'd be going to a different company. She told me she was walking into a meeting and she may not be quick to getting back to me as she was walking into a meeting.  I told her what I needed and have not heard from her at all today.

I just fired her. I don't see someone could have a completely different experience in such a transactional relationship. Her inability to do basic customer service was impressive.

Jazmyn was so helpful and transparent. She also made the process so easy and exceeded all of our needs and expectations.

Jazmyn has an attitude problem. After a few conversations I noticed she kept apologizing and making sure her dialogue wasn't coming off strong. I thought it was weird, soon I realized she must have had a considerable number of people telling her she has an attitude, I had to break things off with her. All this over a petty comment she really did not have to make. She did get more competitively cheap insurance for my atv. Probably not gonna be your first go-to agent for help though.

I was introduced to Jazmyn a year ago by referral. She insured my Yamaha Wolverine and when my previous insurance company jacked up my rates, I asked her for a quote. All my Autos & Home are now insured with Jazmyn since April 2021. She is very professional and responsive. I am looking forward to a long term Insurance relationship with her.

Jazmyn has been my agent for several years. I have never experienced customer service this great before. She spent over an hour working to get me roadside assistance well after normal office hours, just because she felt Roadside Assistance wasn't delivering the quality of service she expected. She is an absolute rockstar!!
